Delivery
- Stocked lines are dispatched within 48 working hours.
- UK mainland delivery is free on trade orders over £500 ex VAT; below that a flat £9.95 carriage charge applies.
- Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted at cost.
- Worldwide freight — courier or palletised — is quoted per consignment; we ship to more than thirty countries.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments). Our account details are shown on the pro-forma invoice emailed to you when you place an order. Please quote your order number as the payment reference.
Goods are dispatched once payment clears — usually the next working day for Faster Payments. Established trade accounts may apply for 30-day credit terms.
All prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT invoices are issued with every order.
