These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with Empire Times Ltd (company number 15818794).
Trade only
We supply business customers only. By ordering you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Payment is by bank transfer against pro-forma invoice unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- Goods remain the property of Empire Times Ltd until paid for in full.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report damage or shortage within 7 days.
Returns
As set out in our Returns policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability on any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
